Transition

Heatherette now designs make-up packages which is
essentially becoming a product designer.
They are branching out
and have
collaborated with
MAC
Cosmetics in order to do so. Using an 80's theme to show off fun. Being inpsired
by bubble gum
and the infamous
pink of the 80's.Keeping their style and
sense of fun in
their design for the
cosmetics it can be
sure that Heatherette
will not loose their trademark in their designs.

Heatherette has
designed for children as well.
Although not as wild, glamourous, or over-the-top it still makes for the first real child fashion show. A tad frightening knowing that models can start out this young now, but nevertheless a milestone in fashion.

Inspiration

Many things inspire
Richie and Rains
to design
things in their signature messy and out there
style such as the film Wizard of Oz.

What
is
quite
STRIKING
though is that they do not really sell the clothes they flaunt at the fashion shows.
Some people might even argue this all just for fun.

Regardless of what it is,
they have made huge impact on fashion.
They have inspired and gotten support from celebrities and other models.

APPAREL

designers are all
about being glamourous,
shiny, new, fun, and funky.
They design themed clothes
and clothes representing the
seasons. Dark colours are not
in their designs. Colours,
metallics, glitter
and over-
the-top
clothing
is
what
they
make.
Basically half of whatthey
design is not for everyday or
occasional wearing, but for admiration.

Funkshion Show

Of all the fashion shows and collections,
this Miami Beach show
is only a taste of their style.
